RADA offers a gentle and compassionate approach to wellbeing that supports the whole person. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, the work takes time to listen to what the body may be holding — including physical pain, emotional strain, and the effects of long-term stress or trauma.
Each session is guided by care, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. There is no set outcome to reach and nothing to fix. The body is listened to, not pushed.
RADA works with the natural connection between mind and body through gentle, integrative bodywork. Sessions may include elements of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, remedial massage, holistic bodywork, sound, breath, abdominal work (Chi Nei Tsang), heart coherence, and quiet conversation. These approaches are used to support the nervous system to soften, settle, and find balance in its own time.
The work recognises that health is shaped by many things — the body, emotions, relationships, and environment — and that these are always changing. The body is not treated as something broken or fixed, but as something living and responsive.
Healing is supported through awareness, safety, and relationship, rather than effort or force. Each session meets you where you are.

Biography
Rachel is a holistic body practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on experience, having lived and worked between Australia, Europe and Asia. She is a student of Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan language, and is currently living between Kathmandu, Nepal and Angourie, Australia.
Her path into this work emerged from a personal journey through chronic pain and trauma, and a deep wish to understand healing beyond the limitations she encountered within conventional medical systems. This led her to study and integrate a range of body-based therapeutic approaches alongside contemplative Buddhist training, both of which continue to inform her clinical and personal practice.
Rachel specialises in supporting people experiencing chronic pain, stress, burnout, and trauma through gentle, body-based approaches that work with the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity for regulation and healing. Her work is informed by biodynamic and therapeutic bodywork, as well as contemplative practices that emphasise awareness, attention, and compassion.
