FAQs.
How many sessions will I need?
There isn’t a fixed answer, as everyone’s body and circumstances are different. The number of sessions can depend on what brings you to the work and how your body responds over time.
For some people, a few sessions are enough to address a specific concern. For others, longer-term support can be helpful. I often suggest beginning with a small series, such as three sessions, to allow the body time to settle and respond.
A free phone consultation is available if you would like to discuss this further before booking.
How often should I have a session?
Session frequency is individual and can change over time. Some people prefer sessions closer together at first, while others feel best with more space between appointments.
This is usually discussed during your first session and adjusted as your needs become clearer.
How long will it take to fix me?
This work isn’t about fixing. Each session supports the body’s own capacity to regulate and respond in its own time.
Changes can be subtle or noticeable, quick or gradual, and they vary from person to person.
I don’t suffer from chronic pain or trauma. Can I still come and see you?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be in pain or experiencing trauma to benefit from sessions.
Many people come for general wellbeing, tension release, relaxation, or to feel more at ease in their body.
